Something to Remember

I saw this on Kellie's blog over at Bigfashionista at the weekend, and I just think it's such a wonderful idea, and decided to share this on my blog with you all. 
 
I know most of you are fortunate enough to be spending this Christmas with the people you love, but sadly that isn't the case for everyone. Some people are going through a really rough time, but they are not alone.
